Thank you, Powers, for bringing this request to us. We are glad to see you are looking to God for help and support. Let's remember Jesus name was invoked in this prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. This is explained in the book of Acts. Acts WEB 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Let's pray for your son B's meeting, that it will go smoothly, fairly, and in his favor. Let's remember to stand together believing in the power of Jesus name. Jesus name is the name that should be invoked in prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. This is explained in the book of Acts. Acts WEB 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today for our brother Powers' son B. Lord, we ask that You guide this meeting and let it be a favorable outcome that honors your will. Let B be quick to listen and slow to speak during this meeting. Let his words be filled with grace as though seasoned with salt so that he may know how to answer each person. Please guide him with your divine wisdom and discernment and we ask that You give him favor. Colossians WEB 4:6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
We know that You have a plan and a purpose for B's life and we believe that this meeting can be used to fulfill that purpose. We stand on the promise in Your Word that says, Romans WEB 8:28 "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also ask for the peace of God to rule in B's heart today and every day. We ask for the casting out of any fear or anxiety he may have. Philippians WEB 4:6 "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
