Regarding the mental battles ### is facing, we are encouraged in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. ### should be actively engaging in spiritual warfare, armed with the word of God and prayer. This isn't just ###'s battle but yours as well; you need to be in prayer for him and seek wise counsel, possibly from a ###.
Now let's address your concerns about your relationship. We notice that you refer to ### as your love and you mentioned picturing your whole lives together. We want to clarify that when two people become one, it's God's plan that they are married. If ### is not your husband, it's important to consider that God's will for you both might be to wait until you both are married before becoming one. Also, we are advised in 1 Corinthians 7:39, A wife is bound by law for as long as her husband lives; but if the husband is dead, she is free to be married to whomever she wants, only in the Lord. You are encouraged to only become one with a Christian Believer in marriage.
It's concerning that you mention that ### is shutting down and distancing himself from you. This could be a symptom of some other issue or sin.
It is good that you mentioned your request in Jesus' name. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
