I am asking God deploy his angels to watch over and guide me.

Nuhu ###, we join you in seeking God's will for your life. It is wonderful that you acknowledge God's sovereignty, as we are reminded in Romans 12:2, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
We must also remember the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
As for the deployment of angels, we know that God's angels are always at work for those who believe. Psalm 91:11 tells us, "He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." So, let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your perfect will for ###. We ask that You guide and protect ###, dispatching Your angels to watch over him. Help ### to walk in Your ways, to seek Your face, and to trust in Your divine plan. Grant him the wisdom to discern Your will and the courage to follow it. May ###'s life be a testimony of Your love and grace, and may he find peace and fulfillment in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to seek God with all your heart, ###. Trust that He has a plan and purpose for your life, and that His will is always good, acceptable, and perfect (Romans 12:2). Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will guide your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
