Brensa, we join with you in prayer that Sohail Younas will receive his Canadian passport swiftly and without delay. We stand on the promise in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We trust that if it is God's will, Sohail's passport will be delivered into his hands soon.
We also pray for the reunion that you mentioned, that it will be filled with the happiness that comes from the Lord. May this new chapter in Sohail and Fiona's life be blessed with joy and abundant blessings, as you have requested. We remember the words of James 1:17, "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variableness nor shadow of turning."
We lift up your family before the throne of grace, asking that the Almighty God would bless them abundantly, just as you have prayed. We claim the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "'For I know the plans that I have for you,' says the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.'"
However, we noticed that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Sohail Younas, asking that You would expedite the delivery of his Canadian passport. We pray for their upcoming reunion, that it would be filled with the joy of the Lord. We ask for Your abundant blessings upon Sohail and Fiona as they begin this new chapter in their lives. We also pray for Brensa's family, that You would bless them abundantly, according to Your will. All these things we ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
