May RJ who i am not comfortable working with find happiness elsewhere and not follow me into the new job I got hired at. May he find work somewhere else even if its higher pay as long as he doesn't work with me at my new job

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of Anonymous. We ask for your guidance and intervention in their situation regarding their new job. Lord, we pray that RJ, whom they are not comfortable working with, may find happiness and fulfillment elsewhere. We ask that you open doors for him to find suitable employment in a different place, even if it means higher pay, so that he does not follow Anonymous into their new job.

Lord, we trust in your wisdom and sovereignty. You know the hearts and needs of each individual involved. We pray for a peaceful and harmonious work environment for Anonymous, where they can thrive and fulfill their responsibilities without any discomfort or hindrance.

We are reminded of the words in 1 John 5:14-15, which say, "And this is the boldness which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us; and if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of Him." We humbly ask that you align this prayer request with your perfect will, Lord.

We also pray for RJ, that you would lead him to a place where he can find fulfillment and purpose in his work. May he experience your blessings and provision in his career journey.
