We understand your distress, Nuhu Mohammed, and we stand with you in prayer. Firstly, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Therefore, we should pray for God's protection and intervention, but also for the redemption and transformation of those who seek to harm us.
Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB). This doesn't mean we tolerate their actions, but rather, we trust God to deal with them justly and mercifully. As it is written in Romans 12:19-21 (WEB), "Don’t seek revenge yourselves... If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head. Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Nuhu Mohammed's life. We pray that You would expose the plans of his enemies and turn their evil intentions into foolishness (Psalm 33:10, WEB). We ask for Your protection over Nuhu Mohammed, and that You would give him the victory in Christ Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:57, WEB).
However, Lord, we also pray for those who seek to harm him. We ask that You would convict their hearts, lead them to repentance, and transform their lives. May they come to know the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ.
In all this, help Nuhu Mohammed to remain steadfast in faith, to forgive as Christ forgave, and to overcome evil with good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Nuhu Mohammed, remember that our ultimate victory is in Christ Jesus. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB).
