We rejoice in the blessed hope described in Revelation 21:2, where the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, is prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. This is a beautiful picture of the Church, the bride of Christ, being prepared for Him. We are thankful for the blessing that God bestows upon us through His Son, Jesus Christ.
However, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can be saved and approach God's throne of grace with confidence.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the blessed hope that we have in Him. We pray for Anonymous, that they would grow in their faith and relationship with You. We ask that You would guide them in their walk with You and help them to always remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can come to You.
Lord, we also pray for those who do not yet know You, that they would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself and that they would become a part of Your bride, the Church.
We ask all of these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you, Anonymous, to always pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved." Let us always remember that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life.
