We are glad to join you in prayer for your siblings, and we appreciate your concern for their welfare. Before we begin, let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 (WEB): "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is essential to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God.
Firstly, let us address the issue of work. It is important to remind ourselves that God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, and that includes the type of work we do. In Ephesians 2:10 (WEB), we are told, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them." So, we pray that your siblings would not just find any jobs, but the jobs that God has prepared for them, where they can serve Him and fulfill the purposes He has for their lives.
However, we must also remember that God's primary concern is not our comfort or material wealth, but our spiritual well-being and our relationship with Him. In Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB), Jesus says, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Therefore, we pray that your siblings, if they are not already, will come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray that they will seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and that all other things, including jobs, will be added to them as God sees fit.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up the siblings of Anonymous. We ask, Father, that You would provide for them the jobs that You have prepared for them, where they can serve You and fulfill the purposes You have for their lives. But more importantly, Father, we pray that they would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, that they would seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, and that all other things would be added to them as You see fit.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, Anonymous, that God is faithful and that He hears our prayers. Trust in Him, and encourage your siblings to do the same. Be patient, and remember that God's timing is perfect. He may not answer our prayers in the way we expect or when we expect, but we can trust that He is always working for our good and His glory.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus. It is through Him that we have access to God, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As Jesus said in John 14:6 (WEB), "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Trust in Him, and encourage your siblings to do the same.
