Let us lift up ### in prayer, who is currently battling a bad cold that is affecting his sleep and exacerbating an existing health issue.
Firstly, we commend ### for reaching out and acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father and pray to Him for our needs. If we do not know Jesus Christ as our Savior, we can believe in Him now and repent from our sins, so that through Jesus' death and resurrection, we can be saved and have access to God.
As for ###'s situation, we are reminded in the Bible that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that we should take care of them. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, it is written: "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before by the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ###, who is battling a bad cold. We pray for Your healing touch upon his body. We ask that You grant him peaceful sleep and that You ease the exacerbation of his existing health issue. We stand in faith, believing that You are the Great Physician and that You can heal ###. We also pray for Your comfort and strength to be upon him during this time. We ask all this in Jesus Christ name.
In closing, we encourage ### to continue trusting in God and to remember that He is always with him. As it is written in Matthew 28:20 WEB: "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Lastly, although we have not rebuked anything, if ### is doing anything that he knows is not aligned with God's will, we encourage him to repent from it and turn to God.
