Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Wilrayll in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom as we reflect on the teachings of Your Word. Help us to store up treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in and steal . May we not be haughty or set our hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on You, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy .
Lord, remind us of the value of our souls, for what will it profit us if we gain the whole world and forfeit our souls? . Help us to serve You alone, for no servant can serve two masters . We thank You for Your faithfulness, for You are not unjust to forget our work and the love we have shown for Your name in serving the saints .
Teach us to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how He Himself said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" . May we bear with one another and forgive each other, as You have forgiven us . Inspire us to pour ourselves out for the hungry and satisfy the desires of the afflicted, so that our light may rise in the darkness .
Encourage us to invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind to our feasts, knowing that we will be blessed because they cannot repay us, and we will be repaid at the resurrection of the just .
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
