Zisor, we understand that you are seeking a miracle to complete your master's degree, having maxed out on loans and grants. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our educational pursuits. However, we need to align our prayers with God's will and acknowledge that even Jesus did not promise us prosperity in this world but to keep our eyes fixed on eternal rewards.
We want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in John 16:33 WEB: "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." Also in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
As we pray for God's provision, we also want to remind you of the importance of diligence and hard work. In Proverbs 12:11 WEB: "He who tills his land shall have plenty of bread, but he who chases fantasies lacks wisdom." It is commendable to seek God for a paid-in-full ride, but also consider what practical steps God may be calling you to take.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Zisor who is in need of financial provision to complete their master's degree. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the circumstances they are facing. We ask that Your will be done in their life and that You provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them as they continue their education and give them the strength and wisdom to persevere. Guide them in Your way and provide for their needs. Remind them of the value of hard work and diligence, and open the doors of opportunity for them as they seek to complete their degree. Guide them to be focused on you and to be grateful in all circumstances.
If Zisor has not already committed their life to Jesus Christ, we pray that they would come to faith in Jesus Christ. We are reminded in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
We encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and to trust in His provision. God is faithful, and He will guide you as you seek His will for your life.
