massive headache and sore throat

ive woken up in the morning with a sore throat every time i swallowed it hurt a little but as time passed it got a little worse i didn’t wake up with a headache but i got it out of nowhere i felt dizzy i thought it was because i haven’t ate so i ate and got nauseous will someone please pray for me to get better soon
