Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of WingsofaDove regarding Mary's desire to live at home with a CNA instead of a facility. Lord, You are the ultimate provider and caretaker, and we trust in Your wisdom and guidance in this situation.
We pray, Lord, that You would grant Mary the desire of her heart to be able to live at home with the assistance of a CNA. We understand that being in a familiar and comfortable environment can greatly contribute to one's well-being and quality of life. We ask that You make a way for this arrangement to be possible, if it aligns with Your perfect will.
In Your Word, You have shown us the importance of caring for one another and meeting the needs of those who are vulnerable. Psalm 68:5 says, "Father to the fatherless, defender of widowsโthis is God, whose dwelling is holy." We ask that You would be Mary's defender and provider, ensuring that she receives the care and support she needs in the place she desires to be.
We also pray for the CNA who would be assisting Mary. Grant them wisdom, compassion, and strength as they fulfill their role in providing care and support. May they be a source of comfort and companionship to Mary, meeting her physical and emotional needs.
Lord, we acknowledge that Your plans are higher than our own, and we submit this prayer request to Your sovereign will. If it is not Your plan for Mary to live at home with a CNA, we ask for Your peace and understanding to fill her heart and the hearts of her loved ones. Help them to trust in Your perfect plan and to find contentment in whatever circumstances they may face.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness in answering them according to Your perfect timing and purposes. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
Amen.
