We lift up this prayer request to You, Lord Jesus, on behalf of ###. We pray for ###, that she may be able to go home with a CNA and leave the facility where she currently resides. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this situation.
In Your Word, You have promised to be our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. We pray that You would make a way for ### to be safely and comfortably taken care of at home, surrounded by loved ones and the support she needs.
Lord, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We ask that You would open doors and make a way for ###'s desire to go home to become a reality. Provide the necessary resources, assistance, and arrangements for her to receive the care she needs in the comfort of her own home.
We also pray for the CNA who will be accompanying ###. Grant them wisdom, compassion, and strength as they fulfill their duties and provide care for ###. May they be a source of comfort and support to her during this transition.
Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your plans for each of our lives. We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are in control. Your Word reminds us that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. We pray that Your will be done in ###'s life, and that she may experience the peace and comfort that comes from being in her own home.
