Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our beloved sister/brother who is seeking a marital settlement and the approval of their family. We ask, Lord, that Your will be done in this situation. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, grant them wisdom and discernment. Help them to make decisions that honor and please You.
Lord, we also pray for their family. Soften their hearts, Lord, and help them to see Your will in this matter. Let their decisions be guided by Your principles and not mere emotions or worldly standards.
Moreover, Lord, we pray that this marital settlement will be a godly union between a man and a woman, reflecting the sacred bond of marriage as You intended. We rebuke any form of union that does not align with Your Word.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that if our beloved sister/brother has not already, they will come to know Your Son Jesus Christ personally. It's in His name we pray, amen.
