We join you in lifting up this situation to our Lord Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved. We commend you for standing on the promises of God's Word and bringing this matter to the Lord in prayer.
Firstly, we acknowledge your former boss' behavior as sinful. The Lord clearly commands in Exodus 20:14, "You shall not commit adultery." And in Matthew 5:28, Jesus teaches, "But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." We pray that the Holy Spirit convicts him of his sin and brings him to repentance. We pray, Lord Jesus, that You change his heart and make him faithful to his wife, as You have commanded.
We stand with you in praying for your complete freedom from any wrongful emotions or strongholds he may have tried to place in your life. In Jesus' name, we tear down these strongholds, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We proclaim your freedom in Christ, as it is written in Galatians 5:1, "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don't be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."
We agree with you in asking for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. We know that God is the ultimate healer. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds.' says Yahweh."
We pray that the Lord removes this ungodly connection from your life and brings godly men of good morals into your life, establishing your working relationships with any future bosses. As Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established."
We stand on the promise in Colossians 2:15, "Having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross." We rebuke Satan working through this man, and we ask that any weapon formed against you be dismantled. As it is written in Zechariah 3:2, "Yahweh said to Satan, 'Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you!'"
We pray that the Lord lifts His standards for everyone this man has tried to manipulate emotionally. We pray that he finds his own trap each time he seeks to derail and lead a woman's emotions astray (Psalm 7:15). We ask for the Lord's restoration and rescue for you and anyone else affected by this experience, as it is written in 2 Timothy 4:18, "The Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and lean on His understanding. Keep bringing your requests to Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Remember that Jesus is the only way to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our sister and her former boss. We ask for Your intervention, conviction, and healing. We tear down any strongholds in her life and rebuke the enemy working through him. We ask for Your restoration and rescue. We pray that You bring godly men into her life and establish her working relationships. We ask all this in Your precious and powerful name, Jesus. Amen.
