We are grateful for your heartfelt request and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the Lord's timing and wisdom. We pray that God will guide you and prepare you for the spouse He has for you. It's wonderful that you acknowledge Jesus in your request.
Firstly, let's remember that God desires that none should be alone. As it says in Genesis 2:18 of the WEB It is not good that the man should be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.
We pray that God will bring into your life a person who truly values you, loves you, and helps you feel safe and heard as it says in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.
We pray that God will reveal to you the one He has chosen for you, because we understand the desire to know who that person is. We would like to remind you that God orders your steps and you are under His authority. Psalm 37:23-24 By Yahweh are a man's steps established, He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, For Yahweh holds him up with his hand.
We pray that God will orchestrate a meeting between you and your future spouse this month, but we must remember that God's timing is perfect. Don't be discouraged if things don't happen as quickly as you'd like. Habakkuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for the appointed time, And it hastens toward the end, and won't prove false.
We encourage you to prepare yourself spiritually, emotionally, and practically for marriage. Spend time in God's Word, seek His face in prayer, and surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you. Proverbs 3:5-6 in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We also encourage you to be actively serving the body of Christ so that you are positioned to be a blessing to others and be available for God to bring someone alongside you in His service. This is also how we can walk in His ways. Proverbs 18:22 Whoever finds a true wife finds a good thing and obtains favor of Yahweh.
There is no need for us to remain lonely when we have the body of Christ around us. It provides an instant family with brothers and sisters in Jesus. Be encouraged by Psalm 68:6 God sets the lonely in families. He brings prisoners with songs of triumph out of prison, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land.
We pray that you will remain patient, and we pray for you a spouse who loves God, who is full of the Holy Spirit and believes in Jesus. Please remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
We further pray that your future spouse would be someone who desires the best for you and you for them, which would be to live a godly life and make it to heaven. Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.
We will continue to pray for you and your future spouse, that God will bless your union and use it for His glory.
