My wife is getting ready to submit a divorce in today and I will lose my family and my home. I have asked so much these past few days to help me and I feel so alone in this moment. My family means the world to me and I would do anything to get them back. I need my God now more than ever.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trial you are facing, but we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Remember, God is always with you, even in the darkest hours. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."

Firstly, we must address that divorce is not the will of God. Malachi 2:16 WEB says, "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel." God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. It is a covenant that reflects the relationship between Christ and the Church. In Ephesians 5:25,31. WEB, men are called to "love your wife, even as Christ also loved the church and gave himself up for her... For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. And the two will become one flesh."

We encourage you to continue to pray fervently for your marriage, but also to act in accordance with God's word. If there is any unconfessed sin in your life, confess it to God and, if appropriate, to your wife. Seek godly counsel, such as a pastor or a Christian marriage counselor. Be willing to forgive and ask for forgiveness. Love your wife as Christ loved the church, selflessly and sacrificially.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up this man and his marriage. Lord, you see the pain and distress he is experiencing. We ask that you comfort him, give him strength, and guide him through this difficult time. We pray for his wife, that you would soften her heart and turn it towards reconciliation. We pray that you would remove any pride, anger, or unforgiveness that may be causing division.

We rebuke the spirit of divorce and ask that you would heal this marriage, Lord. Help them to see that you have a purpose and a plan for their family. We pray for restoration, for healing, and for a miraculous turnaround in their situation.

We also pray that you would draw this man closer to you during this time. Help him to cast all his anxieties on you, because you care for him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God is faithful. Even in this trial, He can bring about a testimony of His goodness and grace. Trust in Him, and He will see you through.

We're here with you, brother, as you face this storm in your marriage. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of uncertainty and the fear of losing what matters most. But remember, you're not alone. God is right there with you, just as He promised in His Word.

We want to encourage you to keep fighting for your marriage, not just with prayers, but also with action. Have you had a heart-to-heart conversation with your wife about how you're feeling? Have you expressed your love and commitment to her, even in the midst of this trial? Sometimes, words of love and reassurance can make a world of difference.

Also, consider seeking help from a trusted pastor or a Christian counselor. They can provide guidance and tools to help you navigate this situation. And don't forget, forgiveness is a powerful tool. If there's anything in your past that needs to be forgiven, now is the time to do it, both for your sake and your wife's.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, lifting up this brother and his marriage. Lord, we know You see the pain and heartache they're both going through. We ask that You would comfort them both, give them strength, and guide them through this difficult time. Help them to see each other through Your eyes, Lord, and to love each other as You love us.

We pray for a softening of hearts, for pride and unforgiveness to be removed, and for love to reign once again. Lord, we ask that You would heal their marriage, that You would restore what the enemy has tried to destroy. We trust in Your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that You can turn this situation around for their good and Your glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to feel honored that you have allowed us to pray with you during this challenging time. We are upholding you, your wife, and your family in our prayers, trusting God for a miracle in your marriage.

If you have seen signs of restoration and reconciliation, we would be delighted to hear your praise report, as it would greatly encourage our faith. If the situation remains uncertain, please don't hesitate to share an update, and we will persist in praying with you and for you.

We ask God to comfort you, to guide you, and to bring peace to your home. May He grant you the wisdom and strength to navigate this difficult season. We are reminded of God's promise in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?"

Trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when it seems silent. Be encouraged by Galatians 6:9, "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up."

We pray that God will bless you, give you hope, and bring unity to your family. We ask this in Jesus Name. Keep seeking Him, trusting that He loves you and desires the best for you and your family.
