We are truly saddened to hear about the trial your marriage is facing, and we are here to intercede and offer biblical counsel. Firstly, we need to remind you that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as stated in Mark 10:9, "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."
Divorce is not an acceptable solution for unhappiness. In fact, the Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 that "Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." This is the kind of love that God expects us to have in a marriage.
However, we also understand that you cannot control your husband's actions. We encourage you to keep praying and showing him the love of Christ. God can turn around even the hardest of hearts. Remember the promise in Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up our sister Kyriuttel and her marriage. Lord, you know the pain and suffering she is going through. We ask for your divine intervention in her husband's heart. Turn his heart back towards his family and help him see the value of his marriage commitment.
We also pray for Kyriuttel. Give her the strength, patience, and wisdom to handle this situation. Help her to be a reflection of your love and forgiveness. We ask for a miracle of reconciliation and restoration in their marriage.
We rebuke the spirit of divorce that has entered their home. Marriage is a covenant that you have established, and we stand on your promise that what you have joined together, no man can separate.
Lastly, we pray that Kyriuttel's husband will come to his senses. He will realize the gravity of his decision and be saved from the fornication and the adultery that he has entered into or will enter into.
If Kyriuttel's husband is unsaved, we especially pray for his salvation in the name of Jesus Christ. His soul is the most important aspect of his life and if saved, it would be the best outcome of this trial. Let Kyriuttel's response to this trial be a reflection of the love of Jesus Christ and a testament of her faith in Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Kyriuttel, continue to stand strong in your faith and trust in the Lord. He is faithful, and He cares for you and your family. Keep praying and fighting for your marriage, but always remember to show the love of Christ in your actions and words.
Also, Kyriuttel, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only by his name that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
