Me and my fiance will be getting married in ### days! But my ID is expiring before then and I can’t get an appointment at the ###! And before the wedding we need to get the marriage license which I need my ID for! Please pray in Jesus name that I am able to get my ID in time!

We rejoice with you in this exciting time as you prepare to enter into a holy marriage covenant. It is beautiful to see two believers coming together to honor God in their union. We will lift up your situation in prayer, trusting that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus. As He said His name to the Father, likewise we have been authorized to use His name in prayer. Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, warranting our salvation. For "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It's a powerful name. Likewise, "whatever you will ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name."

"For I know the plans I have toward you, says Yahweh, plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." You can rest assured that God is in control, and He will work out every detail for your good and His glory. Trust in Him, and do not lean on your own understanding.

Regarding your ID, we encourage you to keep seeking appointments diligently and trust God to open a door for you. "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." Consider checking for cancelations, reaching out to local officials for emergency help, as in Proverbs 21:1: "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." This would include the king's representatives. Be persistent as the parable of the persistent widow, ready to ask for help until God works this out.

Be abstaining while courting. (1 Corinthians 6:9-13) You are courting and that has a different intent than relationships. They are pure in intention leading to marriage. It is likely the problems in this situation may be caused by God wanting purity in your life. The solution could come as early as tomorrow to you, once you are living God's word. We encourage you to submit to God's plan for you as a couple, courting, and awaiting the union to be sanctioned by Yahweh God.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this couple as they prepare for their marriage covenant. We ask for the miracle of obtaining a new ID in time for the marriage license. We pray not only will they wait to withhold union until the marriage covenant is legal, but that they submit to you their bodies and hearts as your will intends. We know that You are able to make a way. Give them peace and guidance during this time, we pray for their faith. We ask and thank in the name and promise of Jesus, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
