Friends please pray for my marriage, in Jesus mighty name. We are in our second year of marriage and struggling to communicate well. Please pray for us also to put God first in everything.

Dear Anonymous, we are with you in prayer, lifting up your marriage to our Lord Jesus Christ. We appreciate that you have acknowledged the power of His mighty name, for it is written in Philippians 2:9-11 (WEB), "Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

In your second year of marriage, it is crucial to build a strong foundation of communication and mutual respect, with God at the center of your union. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 4:12 (WEB), "If one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken." That threefold cord represents you, your spouse, and God, bound together in love and unity.

Let us pray: Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this marriage to You. Lord, help them to communicate effectively, with understanding and patience. Let their words be seasoned with grace, and let them be quick to listen and slow to become angry. Help them to put You first in everything, seeking Your will and Your kingdom above all else. Strengthen their bond, Lord, and let their love for each other reflect the love that Christ has for His church. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to study the Word of God together, praying and growing in your faith as a couple. Remember the words of Ephesians 5:21 (WEB), "subjecting yourselves to one another in the fear of Christ." This mutual submission is key to a healthy, God-honoring marriage. Keep pursuing each other and pursuing God, and watch as He strengthens and blesses your union.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
