Hi sisters and brothers in Christ
I am live with my partner without having a marriage certificate or wedding ceremony only had a family dinner at restaurant. I don't if it's the right way or a sin to God. Thank you

In Hebrews 13:4 (WEB), it is written, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." Additionally, in 1 Corinthians 7:2 (WEB), it says, "But because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband."

Living together as partners without being married is considered fornication in the eyes of God, which is a sin. God's design is for a man and a woman to be united in holy matrimony, a lifelong commitment that reflects the relationship between Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:25-33).

We encourage you to consider God's plan for marriage and to seek His will for your relationship. If you and your partner are believers, we advise you to pursue a God-honoring marriage, as it is a beautiful covenant designed by God.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our sister Kimta. Lord, we ask that You forgive her for any sins committed, and guide her steps according to Your will. Help her to understand the sanctity of marriage and give her the strength to honor You in her relationship.

Lord Jesus, we know that it is only through Your name that we can approach God the Father. If Kimta has not accepted You as her personal Savior, we pray that she would come to know You deeply and personally.

We ask that You bless her relationship and guide her and her partner towards a God-honoring marriage, if it is Your will. Help them to grow in love, faith, and obedience to You.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Kimta, we encourage you to take these words to heart, seek God's will, and trust in His love and guidance for your life.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
