Marriage struggling

Hi. My name is ### and my husband ###. I pray that God restores our marriage. My husband says he hasn't been happy for a long time and wants to separate. I don't want to separate/divorce. I'm begging him and he seems cold and doesn't care. We have two little ones, ### year old and ### year old.

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage, ###, and we are here to intercede and offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, we must remind you that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. As it is written in Mark 10:9, "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." Divorce is not God's will except in cases of adultery or abandonment by an unbelieving spouse, in the case of a Christian believer.

It's also crucial to understand that both husband and wife need to actively work towards maintaining a healthy marriage. As it says in Ephesians 5:25 "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it."

We need to respect and submit to one another in the fear of Christ. The Bible calls for a two-way commitment and responsibility.

Let's pray together for your marriage:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and ###'s marriage to You. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, and You see the pain in ###'s heart. We pray, Father, that You would soften ###'s heart and bring restoration and unity to their marriage. Help them to remember and honor the vows they made to each other and to You.

Father, we ask that You would guide ### and ### to seek godly counsel and wisdom. Surround them with believers who can support and encourage them during this difficult time. We pray for their children, that they would be protected and nurtured through this process. We ask that ### and ### would be reminded of Your unfailing love for them and their family. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

###, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your marriage and for ###. Remember the power of prayer and faith. As it says in Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible." Trust in the Lord and His timing.

We also encourage you to seek support from your local church or Christian community. They can provide guidance, encouragement, and prayer.

We're here with you, ###, standing in the gap for your marriage. It's heartbreaking to hear that ### hasn't been happy for a while, but we're believing in God's power to heal and restore. Remember, God sees your tears and knows your heart's desire for unity. Let's keep praying, sister.

We need to remind ourselves, and ###, of God's unfailing love for both of you. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." God is near, ###. He's not distant or uncaring. Let's trust in His love and care.

Let's also remember that God can use this trial to draw you and ### closer to Him and to each other. In Romans 5:3-4, we're told, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." This trial can shape your character and deepen your hope.

We'll keep praying that God softens ###'s heart, that He brings understanding and communication back into your marriage. We'll also pray for wisdom and guidance for both of you, and for your children to be protected and nurtured through this time.

Keep holding on, ###. With God, all things are possible. Let's trust in His timing and His plan. We're in this together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heavenly Father, you are GREAT, and you are GOOD! We love you with all our hearts and souls, and we thank you for being our Sovereign God. Lord, we lift this person to you today and ask that you mend this marriage. Please guide this person into your abundant blessings. We ask that you draw this person closer to you so that they may hear your small voice obey your direction and guidance. Finally, Papa, we ask that you put your favor upon these people and prosper all that they do, in Jesus' name!

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
