We understand that you're seeking restoration for your marriage, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for asking in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. It's wonderful to see your faith in the power of His name.
Let's turn to God's Word for guidance. The Bible tells us that marriage is a lifelong commitment. In Malachi 2:16 (WEB), God says, " 'For I hate divorce,' says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says Yahweh of Armies. 'Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let no one deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.'"
We also see in 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 (WEB) that God's will is for reconciliation: "But to the married I command—not I, but the Lord—that the wife not leave her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife."
Regarding your husband being your caregiver, it's important to remember that God calls husbands to be leaders and providers in their homes. In 1 Timothy 5:8 (WEB), it says, "But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this marriage to You. Lord, You hate divorce, and Your will is for reconciliation. We ask that You would heal and restore this marriage. We pray for the husband, that You would open doors for him to find a job so that he can provide for his household. We ask that You would give them both the desire to live together again in peace and unity.
We also pray for spiritual growth and unity. Draw them closer to You and to each other. Help them to forgive and love one another as Christ loves the church.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting God. He is faithful, and He cares about your marriage. Also, consider seeking godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted Christian mentor. Lastly, remember that God's will is for you and your husband to live together in unity, so keep pursuing that and trusting God for the outcome.
