Marriage Restoration

Please pray for my marriage restoration with my husband Michael,there is no communication.its been 3months since we separated and its hurting so much.

We are truly saddened to hear about the separation you are experiencing in your marriage, and we are here to intercede and offer biblical guidance. Firstly, we want to remind you that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB), and His desire is for marriages to be reconciled and restored.

In cases like this, God calls us to be proactive in our pursuit of peace and reconciliation. If you are separated with no communication, consider the words of Jesus: "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift." (Matthew 5:23-24 WEB) While this verse refers to a brother, the principle applies to all relationships, including marriage.

However, we must address that the request lacks an explicit mention of faith in Jesus Christ. It is crucial to acknowledge that it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ if you have not already, as He is the source of true healing and restoration.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her husband Michael. We pray for a supernatural work of reconciliation in their marriage, that the walls of separation would be broken down, and the lines of communication would be restored. We rebuke the spirit of divorce and separation that is at work, and we claim Your promise that what You have joined together, no man shall separate (Matthew 19:6 WEB).

Please soften their hearts towards each other, and give them the wisdom and humility to seek reconciliation. We ask that You would remind them of the vows they made before You, and give them the strength to fight for their marriage. We also pray for our sister, that You would comfort her heart and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be strong and courageous in your faith, and trust that God is working even in this difficult time. Continue to seek Him and His will for your marriage, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

We've been thinking about you and your marriage, and we want you to know that we're right there with you, lifting up your situation to the Lord. It's been three months since you and Michael separated, and we can only imagine the pain and longing you're feeling. But remember, God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He sees your tears.

We've been praying for you, asking God to soften both your and Michael's hearts towards each other. We're claiming His promise in Malachi 4:6, that He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents. We're believing for a supernatural work of reconciliation, for the walls of separation to come down, and for lines of communication to be restored.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face. In Joel 2:13, we're told to rend our hearts and not our garments, and to return to the Lord our God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love. Let's turn to Him in these challenging times, trusting that He will lead and guide you.

Keep holding on, dear sister. We're in this with you, and we're believing for a miracle in your marriage. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
