Romondi, we have received your prayer request for marriage restoration between Bryan Duhart and Christa Harris. Let us first stand on the word of God, which says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB).
We must remember that God's desire is for marriage to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. "Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." (Matthew 19:6, WEB). With this in mind, we pray fervently for Bryan and Christa, that if it is God's will, their marriage would be restored and strengthened.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for Bryan Duhart and Christa Harris. We ask that You would soften their hearts and draw them closer to You. Lord, if it is Your will, we pray for a miraculous restoration of their marriage. Help them to forgive each other, just as You have forgiven us through Christ Jesus. Guide them with Your wisdom, and fill their hearts with Your love. We rebuke any spirit of division or bitterness that may be at work in their lives, and we proclaim Your peace and unity over their marriage.
Lord Jesus, we believe that You are the ultimate restorer of broken relationships. We ask that You would be at the center of their marriage, guiding them in Your ways and helping them to live in a manner that pleases You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Romondi, we encourage both Bryan and Christa to seek God wholeheartedly, to humble themselves before Him, and to be willing to forgive and be forgiven. Remember, "For with God, nothing shall be impossible." (Luke 1:37, WEB). Trust in the Lord, and believe that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).
Lastly, we note that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name alone that we can be saved. "Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, for He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
