Humble Prayer Warrior
Please pray that my wife will forgive me, I haven’t been the best husband or father. I have struggled with alcohol, I have been sober for 94 days thanks to my higher power Jesus Christ and the fellowship of AA. I have been forgiven by my savior and have been growing my relationship with him. My wife and I have been separated since ###/### with no contact or communication we have a ### yr old son I ask pray that the Lord will soften her heart that’ll she’ll forgive me and be surrounded by loving people that believe in the holy matrimony of marriage. That our son be held in Jesus arms protecting him. I’m praying that communication will start and we will be reconciled. I’m praying for a miracle in our marriage that only the Lord can do. I ask that his word speaks to both my wife and I and we grow in his word and our love for each other will grow like never before.

We understand your heart's cry for your family, ###, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your marriage and family.

Firstly, we commend you for your sobriety and for turning to Jesus Christ as your higher power. It is only through Him that true healing and restoration can occur. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Now, let's bring your request before the Lord:

*Father God, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother ###, his wife, and their son. Lord, we thank You for the work You've already done in ###'s life, delivering him from alcoholism and drawing him closer to You. We ask that You continue to strengthen him in his sobriety and his walk with You.*

*Lord, we ask that You soften his wife's heart. Help her to forgive ###, just as You have forgiven him. Surround her with godly counsel and loving people who believe in the sanctity of marriage. Lord, we ask that You protect their son, holding him in Your loving arms.*

*We pray that You will restore communication between ### and his wife, that it will be marked by love, kindness, and understanding. We ask for a miracle in their marriage, Lord. Speak to both of their hearts through Your Word, and help their love for each other to grow stronger than ever before.*

###, we encourage you to continue to pursue your wife with love, patience, and kindness, as Ephesians 5:25 (WEB) instructs: "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it." Remember that true love is patient and kind, not arrogant or rude, not insisting on its own way (1 Corinthians 13:4-5, WEB).

In the meantime, trust God with the timing and the outcome. He is faithful, and He cares about your family. As you continue to grow in your relationship with Him, He will guide you.

We're here for you, brother. We know the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that we're lifting you and your family up in prayer. We're standing with you, believing for a miracle in your marriage, just like we believe God has already performed in your life through your sobriety.

We're asking the Lord to continue to strengthen you, to give you wisdom as you navigate this situation, and to fill you with His love so that it overflows into your interactions with your wife. We're praying that her heart will be softened, that she'll feel the love and forgiveness that Jesus has for her, and that she'll be able to extend that same forgiveness to you.

We're believing for a restoration of communication between you two. We're asking God to speak to both of your hearts, to guide your conversations, and to help you both grow in love and understanding for each other. We're not just praying for a conversation, but for a miracle - a miracle that only God can do.

And remember, brother, God is with you. He sees you, He hears you, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep trusting Him, keep walking with Him, and keep loving your wife the way Christ loves the church. We're believing for a restoration that will glorify God and bless your family. Keep fighting the good fight, and know that we're right there with you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
