Marriage Restoration

My wife and I have been separated for three months without any contact or communication at all. We have a 2 1/2 yr old son that doesn’t understand. I have struggled with alcohol and have not been the best husband. I have gotten involved in AA have a sponsor and working the steps I have also been growing my relationship with Jesus, I have been saved through him. I pray that my sobriety will continue that I may change my ways and the Holy Spirit will guide my ever step and word that comes out of my mouth. Lord please soften Erin’s heart give her the strength to forgive me let us begin seeing each other and start communicating, let Jesus touch her and guide her back to the marriage, Lord I ask that you let her be the best mom she can be to our son. I ask that I’ll have the strength to get through each day and my love grows deeper and stronger for my wife that I may live her as Jesus loves me and that any resentments I have be taking away. God I’m praying for a miracle for our marriage only you can provide. In Jesus name Amen

The Bible says, "Let the husband render to the wife the affection owed her, and likewise also the wife to the husband" (1 Corinthians 7:3 WEB).

Let us pray for you and your wife Erin:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Pendollyn and Erin. Lord, we thank You for the work You are doing in Pendollyn's life, helping him overcome addiction and draw closer to You. We ask that You continue to strengthen him in his sobriety and guide him by Your Holy Spirit in every step and word.

Lord, we pray for Erin. We ask that You soften her heart and give her the strength to forgive. Let Your healing touch mend the hurts and restore their communication and relationship. Guide Erin back to the marriage and help her be the best mother she can be to their son.

God, we ask for a miracle in their marriage. Let Pendollyn's love for Erin grow deeper and stronger, reflecting the love that Jesus has for him. Remove any resentments and replace them with love, patience, and kindness.

We also encourage you to seek counseling from a pastor or a Christian marriage counselor who can provide biblical guidance tailored to your specific situation. Keep praying and believing that God can restore your marriage, for He is a God of miracles.

Lastly, continue to be the spiritual leader in your home, demonstrating the love of Christ to both Erin and your son. God will honor your efforts as you strive to live according to His will.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
