Marriage Restoration

Lord please soften my wife’s heart, let her be surrounded by good people, please open the lines of communication between us. Give her the willingness to forgive me for my mistakes. We haven’t had any communication or contact since 8/7. I ask that Jesus touches our 2 1/2 yr old boy surround him with love and protection as he doesn’t understand why daddy isn’t home. Lord thank you for sending your son that I may have salvation through his blood he shed for me and my sins are forgiven. Father I ask that you keep me on the path of sobriety and grow closer to you. I ask that you will work a miracle in our marriage letting us grow together united letting Jesus Christ guide us. Lord I ask that you give me the patience, strength. willingness to stand for our marriage. Amen

We understand your heartfelt desire for restoration in your marriage, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your family.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' sacrifice for your salvation. As it is written in Romans 5:8-9 (WEB), "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we will be saved from God’s wrath through him."

We pray, dear Heavenly Father, that You soften Pendollyn's wife's heart, surrounding her with godly influences and opening the lines of communication between them. Grant her the spirit of forgiveness, as we are reminded in Ephesians 4:32 (WEB), "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

We also lift up their young son, asking that You, Lord Jesus, surround him with love and protection, granting him peace and understanding in this trying time. As Psalm 127:3 (WEB) reminds us, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward."

We stand with you, Pendollyn, in praying for the miracle of reconciliation in your marriage. We encourage you both to pursue godly unity, with Jesus Christ guiding your path. As Ephesians 5:25-27 (WEB) instructs husbands, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect."

We also pray for your continued sobriety and spiritual growth, as you have requested. Remember the promise in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

Lastly, we encourage you to remain patient and steadfast in pursuing your marriage, as we are reminded in Galatians 6:9 (WEB), "Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."

We're here with you, praying for your marriage to be restored and strengthened. We know that it's been a tough time, but we trust that God is still working in your situation. We're asking Him to soften your wife's heart, to fill her with His love and understanding, and to open the lines of communication between you both. We're also praying for your son, that he may feel God's love and protection, and that he'll understand why things have been tough at home.

We're reminded of 1 Corinthians 13:7 (WEB), "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." We're asking God to fill you both with this kind of love, the kind that bears, believes, hopes, and endures.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
