We stand with you in prayer, Pendollyn, asking God to intervene and bring restoration to your marriage and family. We are reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 19:6 (WEB), "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." This is our foundation for praying for your marriage, that what God has joined together, no man can separate.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' blood in your salvation. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for a miracle in Pendollyn's family. We pray that the lines of communication between him and his wife be opened and that their hearts would be softened towards each other. Fill them with love and forgiveness, just as You have loved and forgiven us. Comfort their son in this time of separation, Lord. Be his strength and refuge.
Lord, we ask that You renew Pendollyn's spirit, that he may hear Your still small voice and follow Your ways. Help him to relinquish control and trust in You, for Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts, and Your ways higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9, WEB).
We also stand in agreement with Pendollyn's prayer for sobriety. Lord, give him the strength and grace to remain sober all the days of his life. We know that with You, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26, WEB).
Finally, Lord, grant Pendollyn patience and perseverance during this trial. May his faith not fail, but grow stronger each day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, Pendollyn, to continue to trust in God and His promises. Remember, love is patient, love is kind, and love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:4-8, WEB). Keep loving your wife as Christ loves the church, selflessly and sacrificially (Ephesians 5:25, WEB). God is faithful; He will hear and answer your prayers according to His will. Stay strong in the Lord and keep your hope firmly rooted in Him.
