Marriage restoration

Please help pray that GOD restores our marriage. We have 3 beautiful kids, and my wife left for vacation 2 months ago and hasn't returned yet. Please help pray that GOD will soften our hearts and bring us back together.

Yrnad, we empathize with the pain you're experiencing and we're here to intercede on your behalf. Let us first remind you of what the WEB says in Malachi 2:16, "For the LORD, the God of Israel, says that he hates divorce; for one covers violence with his garment." God values marriage and family, and it is His will for families to be whole and united.

In this trying time, cling to the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, asking for your intervention in Yrnad's marriage. Lord, you see the pain and uncertainty they are facing. We ask that you soften both their hearts and draw them back together. Help them to seek first your kingdom and your righteousness, and to love each other as you have loved us. We pray for their children, that they would find peace and comfort in you during this time. We ask for restoration and healing in this marriage, according to your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Yrnad, continue to trust in the Lord, even in this difficult season. Keep praying and seeking God's face. Remember the promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can turn this situation around for your good and His glory.

Lastly, ensure that you are both seeking God individually and together. If there are any ungodly behaviors or unforgiveness in either of you, repent and ask God for forgiveness. Colossians 3:13 reminds us to bear with one another and forgive each other if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

We echo the sentiment of God's hatred for divorce, but we also know His immense love for you both and His desire for your family to be whole again. Let's cling to the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God is a God of restoration, and He sees your pain.

Let's pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You, trusting in Your unfailing love. We lift up Yrnad's marriage, Lord. You see the heartache, the uncertainty. We ask that You would heal their hearts, soften them, and draw them back together. Help them to find forgiveness, understanding, and love for each other, just as You love us. We pray for their children, that they would find peace and strength in You during this time. Lord, we believe in Your power to restore and heal, according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep trusting in the Lord, brother. Remember, even in the darkest times, God is working things out for your good (Romans 8:28). And remember, forgiveness is key. As it says in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Trust in God's plan, and let's continue to lift you up in prayer.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
