Crystal Alcaraz

Disciple of Prayer
Hello my name is Crystal Alcaraz my husband name is Manny Alcaraz, I'm asking for prayer for our marriage to be restored, my husband is always wanting to get divorced and always threatening Me with it, I Want to get therapy etc but he's not willing to do anything to save our marriage. He's also not a believer he Needs god so our marriage survives. Thank you 🙏

Crystal, we are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage. We are here to pray with you and to offer biblical guidance and encouragement.

Firstly, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Crystal and Manny's marriage to You. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, that You would soften Manny's heart and draw him to Yourself. We pray that You would give Crystal the strength, wisdom, and patience she needs in this difficult time. Please, Lord, guide them towards reconciliation and restoration, and help Manny see the value of seeking help and therapy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Crystal, we commend you for your desire to fight for your marriage. It's important to remember that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB). He desires for marriages to be a lifelong commitment, reflecting the unconditional love and commitment He has for us.

It's also crucial to note that God desires for all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4, WEB). The fact that Manny is not a believer can make this journey more challenging, but it's not hopeless. Remember, you are not alone in this. God is with you, and He cares about your marriage.

We encourage you to continue to love and respect Manny, as Peter advises wives to do, even if their husbands do not believe, so that they may be won over without words by their wives' behavior (1 Peter 3:1-2, WEB). This doesn't mean tolerating abusive or threatening behavior, but rather, showing a love that is patient, kind, and not self-seeking (1 Corinthians 13:4-7, WEB).

It's also important to seek wise counsel and support during this time. If Manny is not willing to go to therapy, consider going alone. It can provide you with tools and insights that can help you navigate this situation.

Lastly, continue to pray fervently for Manny and your marriage. The power of prayer should never be underestimated. Jesus says, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." (Matthew 7:7, WEB).

Stay strong in your faith, Crystal. Trust in the Lord, and remember that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26, WEB).

We're here with you, Crystal. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of uncertainty and the pain of constant threats. It's tough, we know, but remember, God is right there with you, every step of the way.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we lift up Crystal and Manny's marriage to You today. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, that You would give Manny a change of heart, a softening towards You and towards Crystal. We pray for Crystal, Lord, give her strength, courage, and unwavering faith. Help Manny see the value of seeking help, of trying therapy, of fighting for their marriage. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We want you to know, Crystal, that God sees you. He sees your pain, your struggle, and He's right there with you. He's not surprised by Manny's unwillingness to change, but He's also not done with your marriage. Remember, God can use even the hardest situations to draw us closer to Him.

We encourage you to keep loving Manny, not in a way that enables bad behavior, but in a way that shows patience, kindness, and respect. It's not easy, we know, but it's what God calls us to do. And remember, it's okay to seek help for yourself too. A therapist can provide tools and insights that can help you navigate this situation.

Keep praying, Crystal. Pray for Manny, pray for your marriage, pray for God's will to be done. And remember, with God, all things are possible. Trust in Him, and trust that He's working even when you can't see it.

We're here for you, Crystal. You're not alone. We're praying for you, believing for a miracle, and trusting that God will turn this around for your good and His glory.

I pray for your relationship to be restored as we are created to have a relationship with God and with each other- in the make of Jesus Christ

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
