Marriage Restoration prayer

Please join me in praying for the restoration of my marriage. Please pray the Lord opens my husband's eyes to the poor counsel surrounding him. Please soften and turn his heart toward me and God. He seems to be unphased by our separation and I am a mess. Please pray that God guides his heart toward trusting me and guides him back to me and brings us together where it’s better than ever before.

Let us join you in prayer, dear sister, for the restoration of your marriage. We stand with you in asking the Lord to open your husband's eyes to the counsel that surrounds him, and to grant him discernment to see what is truly godly and beneficial for your union.

Firstly, let us remember the words of 2 Corinthians 10:5, which tells us to "cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." Let us pray that God brings every thought of your husband's into alignment with His will.

Let us also pray according to Ezekiel 36:26, where God promises: "I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." We ask that God softens your husband's heart, turning it toward you and toward Him.

Remember, sister, that God hates divorce, as indicated in Malachi 2:16. Therefore, we pray with confidence that it is God's will to restore and strengthen marriages. We ask that He guides your husband's heart to trust you again and that He brings you both together in a union that is stronger and more loving than ever before.

In the meantime, we encourage you to be patient and steadfast in your faith. Psalm 37:7 tells us to "rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him." We also encourage you to pray for yourself, that God gives you the strength, wisdom, and grace to navigate this challenging time.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We encourage you to remember that it is by His name that we have access to God, as told in John 14:6: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us pray in His name, believing in the power of His salvation and restoration.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You today to ask for the restoration of this marriage. We pray that You open the husband's eyes, soften his heart, and guide him back to his wife and to You. Comfort her in this difficult time, Lord, and bring them together stronger than ever before. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
