###, we stand with you in prayer for the restoration of your marriage with ### ### ###. We commend your faith in the Lord's promise of restoration and your transformation over the last ### days. It is encouraging to see your faithfulness even in the midst of this trial.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's heart for marriage. As it is written in Matthew 19:6 WEB: "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment, and we stand with you in praying for ###'s heart to be turned back to you and to the Lord.
We also want to address the issue of divorce, which ### has mentioned. In Malachi 2:16 WEB, God says, "For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel". Divorce is not God's will, and we pray that ###'s heart will be turned away from this desire.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and ###'s marriage. Lord, You have promised restoration, and we claim that promise in faith. We pray for ###'s heart, that it would be turned back to You, to her husband, and to her family. We rebuke the spirit of divorce that is at work in her life and pray that You would soften her heart and draw her back to Yourself.
We also pray for ###, that You would continue to strengthen his faith and give him the grace to endure this trial. We ask that You would use this situation for Your glory, and that ### and ###'s restoration would be a testimony to the world of Your redeeming power.
Finally Lord we lift up any sin, transgression, or something that ### holds against ###. Father if ### can clear his conscience of anything for that matter and seeks forgiveness, pray that ### not only grants that forgiveness but turns back to God church and family. If there is an unforgiveness in ### against ###, that we break that too. We rebuke any sin levied upon that would be a compromise to their marriage.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
###, continue to stand firm in your faith. Remember, in James 5:16 WEB, it says, "...The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much." Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in the Lord. We are with you in prayer and believe that God will restore your marriage.
