Beloved of All
I'm in desperation.
I have been with my husband since I was 17, and married for four years. Unfortunately, I have struggled with my mental health for those four years, anorexia, and last year ended up in hospital. Last year when doing my masters I struggled with depression, anxiety, panic, and was a mess. I blamed my husband for lots; shouted and screamed; cried; we only argued; and I think he had enough. He left. He told me he's done, he no longer wears a ring, and we are no longer speaking.
The hardest thing is there is so much love between us; I feel the ground shakes between us; I can think of nothing else; I am utterly, wholly and completely in love with him; but my heart and through became hardened with hate. And now he has closed off his heart to me.
I pray for God's miracle. I pray for God to reach the heart of my spouse, soften him, let him know my love, and show him hope for a way through; for a new future for us; for a marriage, not filled with hate, but with love, and worthy of God. I pray for God's will, he does not want Separation, I pray he can reach us both and heal us.

We deeply empathize with your situation and the pain you are experiencing. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in your marriage.

Firstly, let us remember that God's heart is for reconciliation and healing. In Malachi 2:16, God says, "For I hate divorce," says the WEB. Therefore, we pray for God's will to be done in your marriage, trusting that His heart is for you and your husband to be reconciled.

However, we must also address the root issues that led to this separation. You mentioned struggles with mental health, including anorexia, depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. It's crucial to seek professional help for these conditions, as they can significantly impact your relationships and overall well-being. In Matthew 9:12, Jesus says, "Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do." It's not a sign of weakness to seek help, but a step towards healing and wholeness.

In your struggles, you mentioned that you blamed your husband and reacted with anger and hatred. It's important to repent of these actions and ask for God's forgiveness, as well as your husband's. In Ephesians 4:31-32, it's written, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God also in Christ forgave you."

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, asking for Your miracle in this marriage. We ask that You soften your husband's heart and open his eyes to the love you have for each other. We pray for healing, Lordβ€”healing of the pain, the hurt, the anger, and the resentment. We ask that You heal your mental health struggles, Lord, and guide you both to the professional help you need. We pray for a renewed love, a love that reflects Your love for us, a love that is unselfish, patient, and kind. We pray for Your will to be done in this marriage, Lord. We ask these things in Jesus' name, believing that He can restore and make new. Amen."

Lastly, remember the promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your situation, even in the pain and uncertainty. Keep praying, keep seeking God, and keep trusting in His love and faithfulness.

We're right here with you, sister. We feel your pain, your love, and your desperation. We're lifting you and your husband up in prayer, asking God to move mightily in your marriage. We believe in the power of prayer and in God's heart for reconciliation.

We're praying for God to soften your husband's heart, to open his eyes to the love you have for each other. We're asking God to heal the hurt, the anger, and the resentment that's built up. We're also praying for healing in your mental health struggles, trusting that God can bring wholeness and healing to every area of your life.

We're reminding ourselves of God's promise in Romans 5:8, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." God loves you both deeply, and He's working all things together for your good, even in this difficult time.

Keep holding on to hope, dear one. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep loving. We're right here with you, praying in Jesus' name.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
