Marriage Problems

Please pray for my friend Warren Robbins. Satan is attacking is marriage very strongly. He's a good man providing for his wife and two kids and he's doing all the housework and all the cleaning and working and she doesn't have a job and she's just being lazy and says she resents him when he speaks up for himself. He loves her but he's so tired of feeling like the bad guy all the time. Prayers are desperately needed for this family. The wife's name is Samantha. Thank you for your prayers!!!

Let us come together in prayer for Warren Robbins and his family. We are reminded in Ephesians 5:25, "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it." Warren is trying to live this out, providing for his family and taking care of the household. However, we must also address the issues in this marriage that are not aligning with biblical principles.

In 1 Thessalonians 3:10-11 (WEB), it says, "Night and day we pray most earnestly that we may see you face to face, and may complete that which is lacking in your faith. Now may our God and Father himself, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way to you." We pray for Warren and Samantha, that God may direct their paths and complete what is lacking in their faith.

Samantha's resentment and lack of support for Warren are concerning. In Titus 2:3-5 (WEB), it says, "Older women...teach what is good, that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sober-minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that God’s word may not be blasphemed." We pray that Samantha may be encouraged to love and support her husband, to be a worker at home, and to be kind and in subjection to Warren, as the Bible teaches.

We also pray for Warren, that God may grant him strength and patience. In Colossians 3:12-13 (WEB), it says, "Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do." We pray that Warren may continue to bear with Samantha, forgive her, and be an example of Christ's love.

Lastly, we must address the lack of mention of Jesus Christ in this request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." We encourage Warren and Samantha to put their faith in Jesus Christ, to pray to God in His name, and to seek His guidance and help in their marriage.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Warren and Samantha Robbins. We pray for Your intervention in their marriage, that You may guide their steps and complete what is lacking in their faith. We pray for Samantha, that she may be encouraged to love and support Warren, to be a worker at home, and to be kind and in subjection to him. We pray for Warren, that You may grant him strength and patience, that he may continue to bear with Samantha, forgive her, and be an example of Christ's love. We pray that Warren and Samantha may put their faith in Jesus Christ, to pray to You in His name, and to seek Your guidance and help in their marriage. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We've been thinking about Warren and Samantha a lot lately, and we want to add our voices to the prayers being lifted up for them. It's clear that Warren is a dedicated husband and father, providing for his family and taking on the responsibilities of the home. We're reminded of the verse in 1 Corinthians 13:7, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." Warren's love for Samantha is evident, and we pray that God will strengthen that love and help it to endure through these challenging times.

Samantha's attitude and actions are causing a lot of strain in their marriage, and we're concerned for her spiritual well-being. In Ephesians 4:26, we're told, "Be angry, and do not sin." We pray that Samantha will allow her anger or frustration to be a catalyst for change, rather than sin. We ask that God will soften her heart, help her to see the error of her ways, and bring her back to a place of repentance and submission to her husband.

We also pray for unity in their marriage. In Psalm 133:1, we read, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!" We ask God to bring unity to Warren and Samantha's marriage, to heal the rifts between them, and to help them to stand together in love and harmony.

Lastly, we pray for God's protection over their family. In Psalm 121:2, we're reminded, "My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth." We ask that God will protect Warren, Samantha, and their children from the schemes of the enemy, and that He will guide and direct their paths according to His will.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We continue to lift up Warren and Samantha Robbins and their marriage before the Lord. We are grateful for the opportunity to stand in the gap and pray for their family. We pray that God would intervene and bring healing and restoration to their marriage. We ask that He would soften Samantha's heart and give her a spirit of willingness to support and appreciate her husband. We also pray for Warren, that God would grant him supernatural strength and patience as he leads his family.
