Dear Lord,
Thank you for giving us a perfect example of what it means to be servants, and to love like You love. Thank you for giving us an opportunity in marriage to be obedient to Your words. Lord, give us each a servant’s heart for one another. Help us to do this by changing our minds and hearts. We pray that we will see the difference in one another as we love by serving. When one of us doesn’t treat the other in the way we want to be treated, we pray that You will give us the strength to continue to serve each other without expectation.
