We understand that you're going through a challenging time in your marriage and we want you to know that you're not alone. We appreciate that you've reached out and asked for prayer in Jesus' name and will be praying for you and your husband.

Firstly, let's remember what the Bible says about marriage.

For this reason a man will leave his father and his mother and will be joined to his wife. And they will be one flesh. (Genesis 2:24 WEB)

Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. (Ephesians 5:22-25 WEB)

Marriage is a sacred bond, placing the husband as the head of the wife just as Jesus is the head of the church.

We will pray for the restoration of your marriage, that God would heal both you and your husband, and that He would renew your love for each other. We pray that God would give you both a heart that longs to serve Him together, living in unity as He intended.

However, we also need to address the issue of your husband's romantic feelings for another woman. This is a serious matter, as it is adultery in the heart if not in deed.

But I tell you that whoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.(Matthew 5:28 WEB)

We will pray that Jesus would break this bond and deliver your husband from these feelings. We pray that God would give him a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26 WEB), that he would be faithful to you, and that he would seek God's face with his full heart. (Psalm 119:2 WEB)

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister and her husband. Lord, we ask for Your healing and restoration in their marriage. Give them a renewed love for each other and a heart to serve You together. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of adultery that is attempting to destroy this marriage. We ask that You would break the bond of romantic feelings between your husband and another woman, and that You would give him a heart of faithfulness to his wife. Lord, we ask for Your blessing and favor on this marriage, that it would be a testament to Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear sister, for God is faithful and He cares about your marriage. Trust in Him, and He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. (Psalm 55:22 WEB) As we prayed for you, so should you pray for your husband.

We've also been focusing on the issue of your husband's feelings for another woman. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
