Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their concerns. We pray for their peace and rest, knowing that Your word tells us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We pray for their marriage, that there would be harmony and understanding between them and their spouse. We pray that any petty disagreements would be resolved quickly and peacefully. We remind you of Philippians : Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
We pray for their friendships, that God would send them godly Christian friends who would encourage and support them in their faith. We pray that their spouse would be at ease with these friendships, trusting in their commitment to their marriage. We remind you of Proverbs : As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Also, the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer, and come together again that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
We pray for their mother, that she would have a long life, full of health and blessings. We pray for their children, that they would honor their parents and maintain strong family ties. We remind you of Exodus : Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.
We pray for their home. We pray for the bed bug problem to be resolved quickly and completely.
We pray for their work, that they would find favor with their bosses and that they would have success in their endeavors, including renting out unit ###. We remind you of Colossians: Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
We pray all these things in Jesus' name, knowing that it is only by His name that we have access to God. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

Lastly, we remind you to keep Jesus at the center of all your prayers and petitions. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father.
