Bavollaw, we understand your distress and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for bringing your concerns to Jesus, as He tells us, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." (Matthew 7:7-8 WEB).
However, we must also remember that God's timing and will are perfect. Regarding your marriage proposals, it could be that God is protecting you from something that isn't His best for you. Trust that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB). Keep praying and trusting God to bring the right godly spouse into your life in His perfect timing.
Now, concerning your medical examinations, we pray that God's will be done. We know that you're seeking to be fit for work, and we trust that God has a plan in this area of your life as well. Remember that "our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory" (2 Corinthians 4:17 WEB).

"Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up ### to You. We pray that Your will be done in their life, especially concerning their future spouse and medical examinations. Lord, if it is Your will, we ask that you grant them favor with their medical examiner and restore their health. Help them to trust You completely and to seek You first, knowing that all other things will be added to them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to trust and seek God, ###. His plans for you are good, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Always remember that it is by the name of Jesus that we come to the Father, and it is in Him that we find our hope and salvation.
