We understand that you're going through a difficult time and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we want to remind you that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as seen in Mark 10:6-9 WEB:
"But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will join to his wife, and the two will become one flesh, so that they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.
Infidelity is a serious sin, but it is not an unforgivable one. God can heal and restore your marriage if both parties are willing to seek Him and His will. We encourage you to consider reconciliation and pray for God's guidance in this process. As it says in 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 WEB:
"But to the married I command - not I, but the Lord - that the wife not leave her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife."
However, we must address that the desire to marry someone else because they treat you like royalty is not a biblical reason for wanting to end your current marriage. The Bible tells us to put others first, not to seek our own happiness at the expense of others. As it says in Philippians 2:3 WEB:
"Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves."
We also want to remind you, as we mentioned in our description, that it is only by the name of Jesus that we are saved and have access to God. We did not see that you have mentioned Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ in your request. Please let us know if you believe in Jesus Christ. If not, we would like to tell you the good news of Jesus Christ. This is of the utmost importance.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear soul who is hurting and seeking Your will for their life. Lord, we pray for healing and restoration in their marriage. We pray that You would soften their hearts and the heart of their spouse, and draw them both to Yourself. We pray that You would help them to forgive each other, to seek reconciliation, and to pursue Your will for their marriage. We also pray that You would give them strength and wisdom, and that You would guide them in all truth. Lord, if it is Your will, bring godly influences into their life to help them grow and become mature Christians. All things are possible with You. We pray this all in Jesus' name.
