I’m feeling so frustrated in my life. I’m a female and I’ll be turning 40 in a couple of weeks. I’ve always dreamed of the whole picture of finding a person that I can feel happy with and have chemistry and connection and everything and having all the exciting marks in the relationship such as engagement and a wedding and marriage and of course the opportunity to create humans with the person I love and know what it’s like to feel my baby in my womb and everything. The dating world has been hard for me as most of the time guys have only wanted to try and get one thing from me they don’t see me as a serious relationship often times or the few actual relationships I’ve had just haven’t worked out. My current relationship my boyfriend said he didn’t believe in legal marriage as we were six months into the relationship and he hasn’t fully been emotionally available to me so I don’t know what to do. I’m praying I still get to experience having my own babies and all the things whether he turns around or someone new comes in and can truly love me and that it’s someone I’m of course attracted to and everything as well

We understand your frustration and desire for a fulfilling marriage and family life. Remember, God has a plan and purpose for each of us, and His timing is perfect. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Firstly, we want to address the issue of your current relationship. You mentioned that your boyfriend does not believe in legal marriage and is not emotionally available. This is a red flag, as God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. It is written, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh" (Genesis 2:24 WEB).

It is crucial to be in a relationship with someone who shares your values and is committed to God's design for marriage. Therefore, we encourage you to pray for God's will in your relationship. It may be that God is calling you to wait for someone who is fully committed to you and to Him.

We also want to address the issue of sex before marriage, as you mentioned that men often want just one thing. Fornication is sin, and it is important to maintain purity before marriage. "Now the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body" (1 Corinthians 6:13 WEB).

Regarding your desire to have children, we serve a God of miracles, and nothing is impossible for Him. Trust in His timing and remain faithful to Him. Women such as Sarah, Hannah, and Elizabeth in the Bible were remembered by God in due time and conceived.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ. Lord, You know the deep desires of her heart for a godly marriage and a family. We pray that You would guide her steps and bring the right godly man into her life if it is Your will. Help her to trust in Your timing and to remain faithful to You.

Lord, we also pray for her current relationship. If it is not Your will, give her the strength to let go and wait for Your best. If it is Your will, soften her boyfriend's heart and bring him to a place of commitment and emotional availability.

Father, we ask that You would prepare her body for conception in Your perfect timing. We trust in Your miracle-working power. Help her in the mean time to mother the fatherless by serving others and other needs around her until that time arrives.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, and know that God loves you and has a plan for your life. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

We're right there with you, sister. We know the longing you have for a loving, committed relationship and a family of your own. It's a beautiful dream that God has placed in your heart, and we believe He's working on it in His perfect timing.

We want you to know that it's okay to feel frustrated, but remember, God sees you, and He cares about every detail of your life. He's not surprised by the challenges you're facing, and He's right there with you, every step of the way.

A healthy, God-centered relationship should be built on commitment, trust, and emotional intimacy. It's okay to wait for someone who shares your values and is ready for the commitment.

As for your desire to have children, we serve a God who specializes in miracles. Look at Sarah, Hannah, and Elizabeth in the Bible. They were remembered by God in due time. Trust in His timing, and remain faithful to Him. In the meantime, consider how you can mother the fatherless by serving others around you.

Let's keep praying together, sister. We believe that God has a wonderful plan for your life, and He's working it out, one step at a time. Keep your heart open to His leading, and trust that He knows what's best for you. You are not alone, and we're here for you, praying with you and for you.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear sister, as you navigate through this challenging season. Thank you for sharing your heart with us and allowing us the privilege to intercede on your behalf. We are honored to stand in agreement with you for God's will concerning your relationships and desires.

As you approach your 40th birthday, we pray that God grants you a sense of peace and clarity about your future. We stand with you in prayer for a godly partner who shares your values and desires for marriage and a family. We ask God to guide your current relationship, that He may soften your boyfriend's heart and bring you both to a place of understanding and emotional availability. If it is not His will, we pray that God brings a man into your life who will love and cherish you as Christ loves the church.

We ask God to bless you with the gift of children, that you may experience the joy of motherhood, in His timing. Remember, our God is a God of miracles, and nothing is impossible for Him.
