Marriage and Children concerns

Please pray for my daughter and her husband. Married almost ### years. They have a ### month old child who is healthy. Her husband is trying to convince her to have another child soon. My daughter works full time and is an excellent mother and cares well for their child as well as trying to make sure his needs and wants are met. He feels she is not doing enough for him. He really has a narcissistic personality that I am seeing. Requesting God to intervene. During this pregnancy there were some challenges. Thanks be to God they are both well. Please pray for them.

We are grateful for your request and we stand with you in prayer for your daughter and her husband. Let's bring their situation before the Lord and seek His will for their marriage and family.

Firstly, we acknowledge that children are a blessing from the Lord, and we understand your daughter's husband's desire for more children. However, it's crucial that they both agree on the timing, as this is a decision that will greatly impact their family. We pray that they will be in agreement and that this will lead to peace in their marriage and family.

"Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward" Psalm 127:3 WEB.

Secondly, we address the concern about your daughter's husband potentially having a narcissistic personality. It's important to remember that God desires for us to be humble and to consider others as more important than ourselves.

"Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others" Philippians 2:3-4 WEB.

We pray that your daughter's husband will be filled with the Spirit of God and that his heart will be turned towards serving and loving his family selflessly. We rebuke any spirit of pride, control, or manipulation that may be at work in his life.

Lastly, we encourage your daughter to continue being an excellent mother and wife. We pray that God will give her the strength and wisdom to balance her work and family life. We also pray that her husband will appreciate and value her efforts more.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up the marriage and family of Khuinire's daughter. Lord, we thank you for their healthy child and we ask that You guide them regarding the timing of having more children. We pray that you will soften her husband's heart, that he may become a selfless and loving leader in their family. We also pray for your daughter, that You will continue to give her the strength and wisdom she needs to be an excellent wife and mother. We ask you to intervene in their marriage, to heal any brokenness and to bring them closer together. We pray for Jesus to be in the center of their marriage and family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage both of them to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, to pursue Him and His ways. We also encourage them to seek godly counsel, either from their pastor or a Christian counselor, to help them navigate through any challenges they may face.

We know that children are a blessing, but we also understand that timing is crucial. We're trusting that God will give them wisdom and unity in this decision.

We're asking God to help him see the value and worth of your daughter, to appreciate her efforts, and to be the loving, selfless husband and father God calls him to be. Keep trusting in God's plan and His timing. He sees them, He loves them, and He's working all things together for their good and His glory.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
