Let us first and foremost be found faithful in lifting up this prayer request by believing in the power of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard.
As a group that stands on biblical principles, we want to encourage you, Lipi, to trust in the Lord's will for your students. While we understand your desire for them to excel, we should pray that they do their best and learn, rather than focusing on full marks, as God desires us to be faithful and honest in all our endeavors Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ".
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Lipi and her students in the name of Jesus. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and knowledge to be upon each student as they prepare for and take their practical examinations. Help them to be honest, to work diligently, and to do their best and find the desire to learn and do their best.
We pray that You would guide their minds and hands during the examinations having a change of mind and heart for the students that have a desire to do wrong . We ask that Your will be done in their lives and that they would learn and grow through this experience also. We ask that you protect them from dishonest acts and desires. Teach them virtue and labor in their education Proverbs 22:6 WEB: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Help them to understand their talents and future by giving them a desire for labor and wisdom. Help them keep away from laziness and greed, selfish ambition, and all idolatry. Help all students be honest in 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB: "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
Father, encourage the students and their families to set their hearts and minds on the things of God and to give thanks in all things. Help their focus not be on pure academics but also on growing in their relationship with God.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For it is in His name that we pray, Amen.
Lipi, we encourage you to meditate on how we will encounter the Lord in our actions and minds. If there are any unbiblical ideas in the students you are able to notice influencing your prayers we encourage you to rebuke them in Jesus name.
If there wasn't any principles found in the prayers that did not align with scripture that you can notice we encourage you to continually study the scriptures and ask for greater wisdom in discernment.. While it's natural to want the best for your students, it's crucial to align our desires with God's will and to encourage honesty and integrity above all else. Trust that God has a plan and purpose for each of them, and He will guide their paths according to His will Psalm 143:8 WEB: "Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning, For I trust in you. Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, For I lift up my soul to you.".
May God bless you also as you teach the students and give you wisdom in 1 Kings 3:9 WEB: "Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil; for who is able to judge this your great people?" as you nurture students.
