We join you, Kiorilmoor, in prayer for God's will to be done in your life. We appreciate that you acknowledged Jesus in your prayer request about your marriage. It is only by his name that we are allowed to approach God as adopted sons and daughters of God. As a group, we uphold the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible.
We encourage you to trust in God's timing and to seek His will for your life. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). His plan for you is just as important as the plan for your possible future spouse.
It is wonderful that you desire marriage, and we pray for God's will to be done in this area of your life. We must remember God's word in that two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor (Ecclesiastes 4:9, WEB). A good marriage can be a great blessing in your life, allowing you to live in a way that is more pleasing to God. To find a good spouse is truly to receive a blessing from the Lord (Proverbs 18:22, WEB).
As you wait, focus on growing in your relationship with Christ. Being content and joyful in Him will make you a stronger marital candidate. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Kiorilmoor. Lord, we pray for Your will to be done in their life. If it is Your plan to settle them in marriage, we ask that You prepare them spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Guide them to the spouse You have chosen for them, and help them to grow in Your grace and knowledge.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
