Let us begin by acknowledging the power of prayer and the importance of seeking God's will in all things. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
Firstly, we are glad to hear of the desire to be gloriously married by the end of 2024. Marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God, and we pray that this union will be blessed and centered on Christ. Remember, as it is said in Ephesians 5:31, "For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. And the two will become one flesh." We encourage continued preparation for this lifelong commitment, ensuring that it aligns with biblical principles. Since marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, we want to verify the questaxian is intending this marriage is more than a relationship and make sure the spouse is Christian. Also you fail to mention that it is only by the name Jesus Christ that you can be saved and it is in Jesus Name you must marry. Any soul that believes that Jesus is Lord and that God rose him from the dead will be saved.
We must say a word about the desire to have a glorious wedding and seek clarification. It is easy to get caught up in the appearance of the wedding ceremony. We must remember the focus needs to be on the marriage and that the wedding ceremony is a reflection of the marriage. God does not look at the splendor or appearance of an event but the condition of our hearts.
Secondly, we lift up the concern about passing the exam that was written. We pray for wisdom and understanding, and we trust in the promise of James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We encourage continued study and perseverance, knowing that all things are possible with God.
Thirdly, we pray for the business that has been rising and falling. We ask for God's guidance and provision, remembering the words of Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We encourage faithfulness in stewardship and trust in God's plan for the business.
Fourthly, we pray for the fiancé, that they may find a good, paying job. We ask for God's favor and opportunities, knowing that He is the provider of all good things. We encourage the fiancé to trust in the Lord and to seek His will in all things.
Finally, we pray for a family breakthrough. We ask for God's intervention and healing, believing in the power of prayer and the promises of God. We encourage continued faith and trust in God's plan for the family.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up these requests. We pray for guidance and provision in all things, and we ask for Your will to be done in each situation. We pray for strength, wisdom, and perseverance, knowing that all things are possible with You. We ask for Your blessing and favor, and we trust in Your promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to discuss the lack of mention of Jesus Christ in the prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
