*Lord, please deliver ### from this struggle with sugar. Give her the strength and discipline to make healthier choices and experience Your healing power.*

Lastly, spiritual growth comes from knowing God's Word and applying it to our lives. 3 John 1:2 (WEB) says, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
