I'm in a relationship that seems to be on and off. The guy is no longer taking my calls and acting distant. The fact is I love him and he loves me to though something seems to be taking him off the relationship. Please pastor Jerry for my relationship to be restored and we be settled Maritally.

Firstly, we need to address that the goal of any relationship should be marriage, as designed by God. In 1 Corinthians 7:2, the Apostle Paul advises, "But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband." This verse underscores the sanctity of marriage and the importance of pursuing relationships that align with this biblical principle.

However, we must also acknowledge that the relationship you're in seems to be facing significant challenges. In Matthew 19:6, Jesus teaches, "So then, they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." While this verse underscores the importance of commitment in marriage, it also highlights that both parties should be fully devoted to each other and to God.

Given that the man you're in a relationship with is acting distant and not taking your calls, it might be a sign that he is not fully committed. We encourage you to seek God's will in this matter. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
