We understand that you are seeking God's intervention for your marital settlement and blessing upon your marriage. Firstly, we want to address that we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, not in the name of any pastor or other person. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father and that our prayers are heard. There is no other name by which we can be saved. As the scripture says in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let us address your request and pray together for God's will in your life. Marriage is a blessed institution, designed by God Himself, a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. It is wonderful that you are seeking God's blessing upon your marriage. We stand with you in prayer for God's perfect will and for Godly twins if it is His will for your life. This is a valid desire to be a loving mother with a loving husband.
However, we want to remind you of the importance of seeking God's will and trusting in His timing. As it says, God is the one who gives life. In Psalm 113:9 WEB, "He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise Yah!"
As He grants life, we should always be thankful and satisfied with the blessing that He is giving.
We also want to remind you to trust in God's provision and not rely on a marital settlement or any financial agreement. Our trust should be in God alone. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and Your blessing upon this dear sister's marriage and life. Lord, You know the deepest desires of her heart, and You alone can satisfy those desires in Your perfect way and timing.
Father, we pray for Your blessing upon her marriage, that it may be a Godly union that honors and glorifies You. We pray for Your will regarding her children. We ask God to provide the grace to trust in Him completely.
Help her to fix her eyes on You and not on any financial settlement or worldly gain. Guide her in Your truth and teach her Your path. Help her to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
