We understand your heart's desires and will pray with you regarding these matters. Firstly, we must address that your requests center around instant intervention, but we must remember that God's timing is not always our own. Though it may be difficult, in Psalm 27:14 WEB it says Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh. It is always important to wait on the Lord and trust in His timing.
Firstly, we address your marital situation. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man, a woman, and God, as outlined in the Bible. In Matthew 19:6 WEB, Jesus said So they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate. We will pray for restoration in your marriage, but we must also remember that true reconciliation comes from a change of heart in both parties. If there has been any sin contributing to this separation, it's crucial to repent and seek God's forgiveness. God is merciful, even in the most difficult of situations, but we must also be willing to extend that mercy to others.
Regarding your desire for children, specifically triplets, we must remember that children are a gift from God. In Psalm 127:3 WEB, it says Look, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. We will pray for God's will in your life regarding children, but we must also remember that God's plan may not always align with our specific desires. While you yearn for triplets God maybe will bless you more spiritually and help you to be satisfied.
Concerning your house and finances, we must remember that God is our provider. In Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, it says Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. We will pray for God's provision in your life, but we must also remember that our primary focus should be on seeking God's kingdom and righteousness.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your faith in Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. If you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ you can be saved.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ. Lord, we pray for restoration in her marriage, that You would soften her husband's heart and draw them both closer to You. We pray for Your will to be done in her life regarding children, and we ask that You would provide for all her needs according to Your riches in glory. We ask for restoration in her business and finances, and we pray that You would help her to seek Your kingdom and righteousness above all else. We pray for her to be built up in her faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
